Thirsty Beaver began with a simple conviction: that a great drink is an act of care. From our first espresso shot to our first pour of local red, every item on our menu is chosen with intention.

Located on Main Street in the heart of Granville, we've created a space where the pace slows and the attention to detail shows — in the way coffee is pulled, the way wine is served, the way a room feels when it's done right.

We source from local roasters and regional producers whenever possible. Our bar team trains extensively so that every guest, whether stopping in for a morning pour-over or an evening cocktail, receives the same standard of care.
